Up-Beats for the Cold

As always we begin the year with a lull- brought on by the relentless barrage of festivity that leaves us slightly empty when all returns to normal and the nagging reminder of reality and fiscal buggery ebbs its way back in to everyday life.

We say no- none of that please!

Lets keep spirits high throughout the cold days and look forward to a spring and summer not far away…
